Dear all,

‘Cycle of Hope’ – Mizen to Malin Challenge.

World Suicide Prevention Day, September 10th, is a global call to action to raise awareness, challenge stigma and encourage conversations that can save lives.  This year’s theme, ‘Changing the Narrative on Suicide,’ calls for greater openness, empathy and understanding, encouraging individuals, communities and organisations to play their part in suicide prevention.

As part of this global movement, Cycle Against Suicide’s is undertaking its ‘Cycle of Hope-Mizen to Malin’ Challenge bringing people together across Ireland to raise awareness, show solidarity and create hope for those affected by suicide.

By joining us, even for a day, you are helping to change the narrative.
