Mind Me, Mind You

The Primary Schools’ Programme supporting teachers in building the foundations of good mental health education and well-being in children.

Head Strong

Supports Post Primary mental health education in schools, reduces stigma, promotes resilience and fosters a sense of belonging among young people. 

Peer Support  - Workplace Wellbeing

Using Active Listening techniques, our Peer-Support training is centred around a structured and supportive conversation in a confidential, safe and non-judgmental environment.

Community Buddy

Mental Health Peer-Support Training training individuals within communities to provide essential mental health support within their own club/association/network.
