Dear all,

Workplace Peer Support Training
Training for our Workplace Peer Support programme will take place on the following dates:

May: 12th & 13th.
June: 9th & 10th.
Delivered over two full days, this programme equips managers, team leads, and staff with practical skills to recognise and respond to mental health concerns. Through training and peer learning, participants build confidence in early intervention, supportive communication, and positive coping strategies, helping to create a healthier, more supportive workplace culture.
The programme also enhances leadership, empathy, and teamwork, while offering a cost effective complement to formal supports and EAPs.
Taking place over Zoom, our programme provides 13.5 CPD points and is free of charge to employers.
Belfast Awareness Cycle
The latest 2024 suicide statistics from the Northern Ireland Statistics and Research Agency, published in November 2025, show a sharp increase in registered deaths in Northern Ireland, rising to 290 from 221 in 2023. This reflected an 8% increase based on three year rolling averages (2022-2024).  Males represented 75.9% of suicides among those aged 16–64.
Suicide has a profound and lasting impact on families and communities. Cycle Against Suicide will host its Belfast/Northern Ireland Awareness Cycle on Saturday, May 16th, commencing from and returning to Stormont Estate.
We ask that you join with us in Belfast and be part of a movement that says clearly: there is no shame in seeking help. Show up, get involved, and help us break the stigma by encouraging open conversations and early intervention.
