Dear all,

This World Mental Health Day, the focus is on an issue that affects every organisation, every workplace and every one of us: ‘It is time to prioritise mental health in the workplace.’

At Cycle Against Suicide, we believe this message must go beyond words. It is about creating workplaces where people feel connected, supported and able to speak openly about their mental health, and where practical support is available when it is needed.

Our Winter Lunch, Friday October 9th, is an opportunity to come together with employers, employees, supporters and friends to mark World Mental Health Day, celebrate the progress being made and reflect on how we can continue to create healthier, more supportive workplaces.

But your attendance means more than joining us for lunch.  By coming together with us, you are directly supporting the work of Cycle Against Suicide.  Your support enables us to develop and deliver practical, evidence-based mental health and suicide prevention resources, expand our workplace supports and reach more people and organisations across Ireland.

So, we invite you to join with us and share a table.  Together we can help make mental health a priority in every workplace and in every community.
