Dear all,

The fact that 3 out of 4 people who die by suicide in Ireland are men underlines the critical importance of encouraging men to reach out, talk openly and access support before they reach crisis point.

This Bank Holiday Monday, August 3rd, we invite you to join with Cycle Against Suicide for our ‘King of the Castle Cycle with Sean Kelly’ in support of men’s mental health.  This Cycle sets out to encourage help seeking behaviour and to ensure that every man knows it is OK to ask for support.

Together, we can help to create a culture where men feel safe, supported and empowered to seek help early.
