Preventing suicide is possible and by raising awareness, reducing the stigma around suicide and by encouraging well-informed action, we can reduce the instances of it.

You will be helping Cycle Against Suicide raise awareness. encouraging supportive conversations and help-seeking behaviour and ultimately, help give hope to those who are struggling.
Furthermore, you will be supporting Cycle Against Suicide’s commitment to suicide prevention. Through our programmes in schools, communities, and workplaces, we weave prevention into the very fabric of communities.
