What is Resilience?
Resilience can be defined as your ‘bouncebackability’ – your ability to recover after
suffering a setback. It refers to your ability to handle life’s ups and downs in positive ways.
Resilience, in other words, is being able to ‘bounce back’ after suffering a setback, disaster or
tragedy such as the death of a loved one, parents’ divorce, an illness or other trauma.
