Workplace Peer Support Training.
We wish to advise that 4 places are still available on Cycle Against Suicide’s evidence-based, education backed ‘Workplace Peer Support Programme’ taking place in January (Wednesday 28th & Friday 30th)
Taking place over 2 full days, our workplace peer support programme equips managers and team leads with practical skills and strategies to better understand, identify, and respond to mental health concerns in the workplace. Participants gain tools for proactive support, positive coping techniques and early intervention, helping to foster a healthier and more supportive workplace culture. The programme also strengthens leadership, empathy, and communication skills, enhancing teamwork across the organisation. In addition, it offers a cost-effective complement to formal services and EAPs, while supporting organisational CSR goals.
Delivered via zoom, our programme accredits 13.5 CPD points and is available free of charge to employers.
For individuals wishing to complete this training and be in a position to offer peer support in their workplace, registration is available at: https://www.cycleagainstsuicide.com/workplace-wellbeing-peer-support-programme/
Warm regards,
Caroline Lafferty
