TriGrandPrix Selects Cycle Against Suicide as Charity Partner

by Jim Breen on March 14, 2014

We are delighted to announce that ‘TriGrandPrix – Kilkenny Triathlon 2014’ has selected Cycle Against Suicide as its first ever charity partner! TriGrandPrix will donate €10,000 to Cycle Against Suicide from the proceeds of the event. Each registered athlete, volunteer and marshal will also receive Cycle Against Sucide sports tops for free.

In the afternoon, TriGrandPrix will host a Cycle Against Suicide event, a 40km cycle after the Triathlon and Duathlon events have finished, for all volunteers, triathletes and the general public. Entry to the 40km cycle is free for all volunteers and registered triathletes and will be €15 for the public.

Cycle Against Suicide will now have another key event on the 2014 calendar to raise awareness of the key message ‘It’s OK not to feel OK; and it’s absolutely OK to ask for help’.
