We ask that people from across Ireland join with us for any part of this event, and together, we will keep cycling toward a brighter future, one that affirms life, encourages openness, and cherishes the gumption to seek out support.

Year after year, the suffering continues. We shed tears burying our loved ones, but nothing changes. We say no more – no more silence, no more inaction, no more complacency. It’s time for all people of conscience to recognise the pain that mental illness has wrought and do something about it.
By joining with us and lending your supporting to this campaign, you can make a difference
(Please note because of Covid-19, homestays may not be a possibility during this event)
